Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. This harley voltage regulator has 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 6-UDFN Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Fixed output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 1.7MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.7V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1.2V. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 3.6V as the nominal input voltage.
