RT8020DGQW Overview
Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There are 12 terminations in this voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1.8V 2.5V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 1A output current of voltage regulator. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 5.5V. Its NOT SPECIFIED peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. As a result of DC DC switching regulator's design, it is designed to provide an input voltage of 3.6V for the purposes of operation. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 1.8V volts. In order for this switching regulator to work properly, the output voltage should be at least 2.5VV.
