In the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.5V~13.2V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 350kHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Phase Control for efficient switching control.
