Power management is mounted through 5 terminals. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. IC management is packaged as a SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 240. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1.5V. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. A total of 5 pins are located on this power management. 5 pins make up the power management. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 800mV for this PMIC. There should be no more than 10V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 500nA.
