NCP3063MNTXG Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-VDFN Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. The operating temperature should be kept at 0°C~70°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 150kHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 1.25V.
