This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. A voltage regulator consists of 16 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The space-saving 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 50kHz~300kHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1.25V volts. As a result of the 3.4A Switch output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design.
