NCP81239AMNTXG Product Details
NCP81239AMNTXG Overview
It comes in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. With PWM Signal dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.5V~28V. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~100°C rating. Switching can be done at 150kHz~1.2MHz with this switching controller. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, On Time Control, Ramp, Soft Start for efficient switching control. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters.
