PZT2907A Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 100 @ 150mA 10V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two. This system offers maximum design flexibility due to a collector emitter saturation voltage of -1.6V.As a result of vce saturation, Ic reaches its maximum value (saturated), and vce saturation(Max) is 1.6V @ 50mA, 500mA.Emitter base voltages of -5V can achieve high levels of efficiency.Normally, a fuse's current rating refers to how much current it can carry without deteriorating too much, which in this case is -800mA.200MHz is present in the transition frequency. As a result, it can handle voltages as low as 60V volts.A maximum collector current of 800mA volts is possible.
