Photodiodes are protected from damage by the Cut Tape (CT) package. Photodiodes are packaged in 2-SMD, Gull Wing packages in order to ensure their safety. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 32V on a continuous basis. It has 2 pins for the photodiodes. In circuits containing photodiodes, 150mW heat may be released from the photodiodes. It should be 32V for the reverse anode voltage of the photodiodes. Generally, the maximum amount of heat released by photodiodes is 150mW. In the DC circuit, photodiodes can be operated correctly with reverse voltage of 32V. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 30nA even without light input.
