SFH9240 Description

SFH9240 belongs to the family of advanced power MOSFET provided by ON Semiconductor based on avalanche rugged technology and rugged gate oxide technology. It is able to provide lower input capacitance, improved gate charge, low RDS (on), low leakage current, and extended safe operating area.
