TL431ILPG Overview
TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Bulk external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have ±2.2% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 36V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Through Hole is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.TL431 can be used to find other relevant parts.There are Through Hole applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 100mA.It has a maximum output voltage of 36V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 1mA.2.495V voltage lower than 2.495V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Since the part's max input voltage is 37V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) are present in this voltage reference circuit?It can output a voltage of 2.495V regardless of external conditions.
