SFH 2400-Z Overview

In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). It is necessary to place the photodiodes into 3-SMD, Gull Wing packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 20V voltage per photodiode.
