As the DC current gain is the ratio of the collector current to the base current, for this device the DC current gain is 200 @ 500mA 2V.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 400mV allows maximum design flexibility.As a result of vce saturation, Ic reaches its maximum value (saturated), and vce saturation(Max) is 400mV @ 20mA, 500mA.Continuous collector voltages of 500mA should be maintained to achieve high efficiency.The base voltage of the emitter can be kept at 12V to achieve high efficiency.Parts of this part have transition frequencies of 150MHz.This device can take an input voltage of 20V volts before it breaks down.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 500mA volts.
