MN1382SEP Overview


This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). IC management is packaged as a TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -20°C~70°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Push-Pull, Totem Pole of output voltage. You can always use MN138*, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
