TFS7703H Overview
The switching controller fits in the 16-SSIP, 12 Leads, Exposed Pad, Formed Leads package and is ideal for most applications. For 2 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are Up to 11.5V. Suitable for a -40°C~150°C TJ dc switcher. Switching can be done at 66kHz 132kHz with this switching controller. The Through Hole value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Reset. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type ANALOG CIRCUIT. According to the test statistics, DC regulator outputs 100V voltage. voltage regulator dc to dcs with a 63 % duty cycle are designed to be reliable when powered on and powered off.
