M63993FP Overview

A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 36-SOP (0.330, 8.40mm Width) package.There is a package in the form of Bulk.This device is equipped with 6 drivers for its configuration.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.In the absence of a 10V~20V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.This device is designed with a IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET gate type.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -30°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 36 terminations.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.There are 16 pins available in the device.In order to operate, a voltage of 5V has to be applied.There is a maximum output current of 300mA that can be achieved.The number of component pins is 36.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 600V.
