5P1103A512NLGI Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 350MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. There should be 1.71V~3.465V provided with this RF synthesizer. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. This is a clock generator compatible with HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
