5P35023-000NLGI Overview
It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, Crystal. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 500MHz maximum. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. As long as there are 1.71V~3.465V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. It's compatible with LPHCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. The VersaClock? series includes this electronic part.
