As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. The 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, Crystal as its input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. An up to 350MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~3.465V.
