7015S17J8/E Overview

A Volatile-type memory can be classified as the memory type of this device. In addition, memory ics is available in a Tape & Reel (TR) case as well. 68-LCC (J-Lead) case encloses it. 72Kb 8K x 9 is the chip's memory size. As with most mainstream devices, this one uses SRAM-format memory. This device has an extended operating temperature range of 0°C~70°C TA, so it's perfect for a wide range of demanding applications. The supply voltage can be up to 4.5V~5.5V. There is a recommendation that Surface Mount mounting type should be used for this product.
