813N252DKI-02LF Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This Clock PLL will be fed by HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL as its input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 312.5MHz. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 3.135V~3.465V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with LVPECL logic levels.
