8413S12BKILFT Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 72-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In this clock generator, HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. Providing a maximum frequency of 312.5MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There are 3.135V~3.465V available for use with this clock PLL. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. The RF synthesizer is compatible with HCSL logic levels.
