SI5335D-B04955-GMR Overview

It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
