The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL, Crystal. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. There is a maximum frequency of 156.25MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. As long as there are 2.375V~3.465V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. This is a clock generator compatible with LVPECL logic levels. The FemtoClock? NG series includes this electronic part.
