The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL, Crystal. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part.
