The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Providing a maximum frequency of 700MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 3.135V~3.465V. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C.
