87354AMILF Overview

The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL, SSTL as its input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 1GHz maximum. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. As long as there are 3V~3.465V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance.
