87951AYILFT Overview

Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 32-LQFP package. HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL, LVTTL, SSTL is designed as this clock generator's input. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 180MHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock generator ic works with 3.135V~3.465V. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature.
