As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. There is a maximum voltage of 1.89V for this clock generator.
