Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In this case, HCSL, LVDS, LVPECL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 307.2MHz maximum. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel.
