Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. There is a clock generator embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock PLL works with 2.375V~3.465V supply voltage provided. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. FemtoClock? NG series electronic parts are used in this part.
