The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. In this clock generator, HCSL, LVDS, LVPECL is used as the input to the clock. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. 156.25MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.375V~3.465V.
