As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. The 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. As the Clock PLL's input, HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 156.25MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. As long as you provide 2.375V~3.465V supply voltage, it will work.
