Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
