Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. There is a Clock PLL called Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 48MHz is available. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel.
