HIP6301CB Overview
As a result of 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 4 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. The system can process PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). 4.75V~5.25V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Workable in an dc switcher where 0°C~70°C TA is the 0°C~70°C TArm. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 50kHz~1.5MHz position. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good.
