ICS650R-14IT Overview

As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 20-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock, Crystal as its input. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 133.33MHz Max. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 3V~5.5V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test.
