As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. In this clock-generating clock generator ic, a frequency of 350MHz is synthesi350MHzed for high-quality output. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start.
