ICS670M-04IT Overview

Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 210MHz is available.
