ICS7151AMI-50T Overview

Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). This clock generator is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock, Crystal as its input. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 16.7MHz maximum. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There are 3V~3.6V available for use with this clock PLL.
