ISL6210CRZ Overview

A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package.A package of Tube has been used.4 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.This device is designed with a N-Channel MOSFET gate type.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -10°C~125°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number ISL6210.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage is 36V.
