ISL6522BIR-T Overview

This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 10.8V~13.2V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 200kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator.
