ISL6522CR Overview

This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tube enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 10.8V~13.2V. Qualified to work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 200kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
