ISL6539CA-T Overview

A total of 2outputs are supported by this voltage regulator. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 28-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) for ease of transportation. A package of Tape & Reel (TR) is ready for shipping. There is a general voltage output of 0.9V~5.5Von this voltage controller. The Surface Mount universal mount allows for easy adaptation. Applications targeting this shunt regulator include Controller, DDR DRAM, SDRAM and others. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to 0°C~70°C to prevent malfunctions.
