ISL6612AIR Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tube is used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10.8V~13.2V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number ISL6612A.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 36V.
