ISL6612BCR-T Overview

There is greater flexibility with the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.By using 7V~13.2V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This device is designed with a N-Channel MOSFET gate type.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of 0°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.There are various related parts under its base part number ISL6612B.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 36V.
