ISL6612IR-T Overview

In order to increase flexibility, the package 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad is used.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.This configuration includes 2 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.When the supply voltage is set to 10.8V~13.2V, it can demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C TJ.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.Many related parts can be found under its base part number ISL6612.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 36V.
