ISL6613CBZ-T Overview

A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Tape & Reel (TR) is the form of the package.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 10.8V~13.2V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.Temperature range 0°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number ISL6613.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 36V.
