ISL6615IBZ-T Overview

The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package offers greater flexibility.Gate drivers is package in Tape & Reel (TR) case.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 6.8V~13.2V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number ISL6615.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 36V.
