ISL6620AIBZ Overview

For greater flexibility, its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Tube represents the package.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.Numerous related parts are available for its base part number ISL6620.Its interface IC is AND GATE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There can be a voltage up to 36V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
