ISL78268ARZ-T7A Overview

It comes in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.75V~5.5V. Suitable for work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. Switching can be done at 50kHz~1.1MHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Enable, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. Automotive, AEC-Q100 is a series of dc to dc voltage regulator.
